Who is responsible

What we collect

Most of it comes from you when you register or talk to us, and some comes from verification services, payment providers and anti-money-laundering databases.

Why we use it

We use your data to run your account and our services, to meet legal duties such as identity and anti-money-laundering checks and responsible gaming, to prevent fraud, to keep our systems secure, to improve the site and, with your consent or where we have a legitimate interest, to send you offers that suit you.

Who we share it with

We share data only where needed, with game providers, payment providers, identity and anti-money-laundering services, marketing partners, regulators, professional advisers and companies in our group. Our customer messaging platform uses conversational AI tools from Anthropic, OpenAI and Gemini, which act as data processors with limited access. When data leaves your country, we put safeguards in place.

How long we keep it

We keep data only as long as we need it or the law requires. Records needed for anti-money-laundering rules are kept for at least five years after an account is closed. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it where the law allows, limit or object to its use, move it to another provider and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Minors and security

We do not knowingly process data of anyone under the legal gambling age, which is at least 18, and we delete it if we learn it was submitted. Access to systems that hold personal data is protected by passwords, unique user IDs and need-to-know rules, and our staff are trained in data security.
