Who we are

Who can play

You need to be at least 18, or older if the minimum gambling age where you live is higher. Real-money play is not open to residents of the countries listed as restricted in our full terms. Using a VPN to get around geographic restrictions is not allowed and can lead to confiscated winnings.

Your account

You register with your date of birth, full address, a valid e-mail address and valid ID, and you hold one account only. Your registered e-mail address cannot be changed. We may ask for extra documents or a phone call to confirm your identity, and we may suspend an account until the checks are complete.

Deposits

Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. A deposit only appears in your balance after the payment provider confirms it. Each deposit is played through once in slots, or three times in other games such as table games, roulette and video poker, before a withdrawal connected to it is possible. We do not exchange crypto for fiat money or the other way round.

Withdrawals

The smallest fiat withdrawal is 30 AUD. Withdrawals are limited per day, per week and per month, and progressive jackpot wins are paid in full. We aim to process a request within 72 hours of approval, and the time it takes to arrive then depends on the payment method. Requests stay pending until your account is fully verified. Fees charged by your own bank or payment provider are yours to cover.

Bonuses

Every offer has its own wagering, maximum bet and time limit, set out in our bonus terms. One offer is available per person, family, address, e-mail, IP address, phone and payment account, and only one bonus can be active at a time. You can refuse or cancel a bonus without losing your own money.
